  • Consultation Paper No. 1 of 2019 – Proposed Revisions to the Anti-Money Laundering Regime in ADGM

    The Financial Services Regulatory Authority would like to invite public comments on the proposed revisions to ADGM’s regime for combatting money laundering, the financing of terrorism and proliferation, and the financing of unlawful organisations. The proposed revisions to the existing anti-money laundering regime have been formulated in the context of a recent review of the federal criminal laws of the UAE in relation to money laundering, terrorist financing and the financing of unlawful organisations.

  • Consultation Paper No. 9 of 2018 - Proposed Late Renewal Penalty Guide – Commercial Licences

    The Registration Authority would like to invite comments its proposed late renewal penalty guide – commercial licences, which sets out the Registration Authority’s policy and procedures in relation to the application of financial penalties (fines) for late commercial licence renewals under the ADGM Commercial Licensing Regulations 2015.

  • Consultation Paper No. 8 of 2018 - Proposed Late Filing Penalty Guide – Annual Accounts

    The Registration Authority would like to invite comments its proposed late filing penalty guide – annual accounts, which sets out the Registration Authority’s policy and procedures in relation to the application of financial penalties (fines) for late filings of annual accounts under the ADGM Companies Regulations 2015.

  • Consultation Paper No. 7 of 2018 - Proposed Fund Passporting Rules

    The Financial Services Regulatory Authority would like to invite comments its proposed fund passporting rules and regime, following the joint agreement with the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) to facilitate the licensing and promotion of domestic across the U.A.E.  Such a regime will also enable Collective Investment Funds established within ADGM to be promoted across the whole of the U.A.E including the Financial Free Zones.

  • Consultation Paper No. 6 of 2018 - Proposed Litigation Funding Rules

    Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts have issued this Consultation Paper to invite comments from industry professionals and the public on the proposed litigation funding rules (“Rules”) which are to apply to litigation funding agreements as defined in the ADGM Courts, Civil Evidence, Judgments, Enforcement and Judicial Appointments Regulations 2015.
