Administrative Services

At this time, administrative services need to be requested by using the Administrative Service request form (which can be found below).

These services will be available through the Online Registry Solution shortly.

Certified True Copies

  • Certificate of Incorporation / Registration
  • Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name
  • Commercial License
  • Articles of Association

Certificates

  • Certificate of Incumbancy
  • Certificate of Good Standing
  • Zero tax certificate
  • Certificate of Status (under formation certificate)

Extract

  • Business Extract (information of entity filed with the Registrar) 

No Objection Certificate

  • For various purposes 

Attestation

  • Witnessing Signature
  • Attestation of document as true copy

 

How to apply

  1. Download and complete the Request for Administrative Services form (see below)
  2. Email the completed form to : ADGM.registration@adgm.com
  3. Make payment : how to pay information is located on the form
  4. Once your form is submitted, the team will contact you to confirm an appointment time.
