Young SIAC (YSIAC) Advocacy Workshop
The Young SIAC (YSIAC) Advocacy Workshop is an arbitration training workshop based on a hypothetical case scenario, and is designed to hone the advocacy skills of young arbitration practitioners.
The Workshop programme features a keynote speech by Gary Born, President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration, and mock cross-examination of factual witnesses by up-and-coming as well as experienced arbitration practitioners. The mock cross-examination will be followed by a panel session.
Participants will be sent the case scenario and relevant preparatory material in advance.
