    World-Class Listing Regime

    An efficient and transparent offering and continuous disclosure framework is central to the operation and success of Securities markets. The FSRA has developed a world-class offer and listing regime that allows a wide range of Issuers to raise capital, and in which Reporting Entities keep the markets in their Securities fully informed, in a risk-appropriate manner.

    Ensuring Efficiency and Transparency

    The Listing Authority seeks to ensure that markets operating in ADGM do so in an efficient, fair, transparent and orderly manner in order to build and maintain investor confidence. To achieve this the Listing Authority is responsible for:

    • The review and approval of Prospectuses issued by Issuers;
    • The review and approval of applications for admission to, and the maintenance of, the Official List of Securities; and
    • Monitoring, and enforcing, its Continuous Disclosure framework, whereby disclosures are made by Reporting Entities.
    Securities admitted to the Official List maintained by the Listing Authority.
    Disclosures to the market made by Reporting Entities.
    Market Circulars and other announcements made by the Listing Authority.
    Prospectuses approved by the Listing Authority.
    Investments which were deemed by the Listing Authority to be Securities.
    Waivers from and modifications of the Market Rules granted by the Listing Authority.
    Forms and checklists to be submitted as part of applications for approval of a Prospectus, or admission of Securities to the Official List.
    Market Rules (MKT) and Guidance Notes on specific aspects of the FSRA listing regime and Offers of Securities.
    Access to Disclosure Platform is restricted to Issuers and Reporting Entities
