    ADGM proposes Miscellaneous Changes to FSRA Regulations and Rules

    The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) today published a consultation paper setting out its proposed amendments to its administered Regulations and Rules as part of the ongoing review exercise to maintain and update the framework that reflects international best practice.

    The proposed changes include amendments to its Financial Services Markets Regulations 2015 (“FSMR”), Conduct of Business Rules (“COBS”), Fund Rules (“FUNDS”) and the Anti‐Money Laundering and Sanctions Rules and Guidance (“AML”), and others. The consultation period will close on 5 November 2019.

    The consultation paper and the accompanying proposed legislative amendments to the Regulations and Rules are publicly available and have been uploaded on the ADGM’s website, click here.
