    ADGM publishes a consolidated Schedule of Contraventions and amendments

    • Schedule of Contraventions and amendments to its commercial fines framework announced

    The Board of the Abu Dhabi Global Market has approved the publication of a Schedule of Contraventions which identifies all contraventions and applicable fines in under ADGM’s regulations and rules and the enactment of amendments to the Commercial Licensing Regulations 2015 (Fines) Rules 2020.

    The Schedule of Contraventions and the amended version of the rules are publicly available and has been uploaded to the ADGM website. Please visit the dedicated webpages:
