    The Registration Authority (RA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has published a consultation paper to seek views on proposed enhancements to the Beneficial Ownership & Control Regulations 2018 (BOC Regulations) to further align and strengthen such regulations with international standards and best practice.

     The Consultation Paper should be of interest to all individuals and organisations with an interest in establishing a presence in the ADGM, ADGM entities already established in ADGM as well as their legal advisors.
