    FSRA publishes amendments to Common Reporting Standard Regulations

    In consultation with the UAE Ministry of Finance, the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) has announced amendments to the ADGM’s Common Reporting Standard Regulations 2017 (CRS Amendments).

    The CRS Amendments ensure continued consistency in the implementation of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s common reporting standard across the UAE.

    The amended Regulations are publicly available and have been uploaded to the FSRA’s website: Amendments to FSRA Regulations (Common Reporting Standard Regulations).
