    Operating in ADGM Auditors Find An Auditor
    Register of ADGM auditors

    If you are operating in ADGM and need to appoint an auditor, you can find a list of ADGM registered auditors, both firms and individuals, below. If you are required to submit audited accounts, they must be audited by an ADGM registered auditor.

    ADGM’s enhanced Auditor’s Framework came into effect on 1 December 2021. All existing ADGM registered auditors had until their annual renewal date to re-register under the new Framework. As of 4 November 2022, all ADGM auditors required to re-register under the new framework have successfully done so.

    The table below lists all the firms and individuals, namely Registered Auditors and Registered Audit Principals, who have successfully registered under ADGM’s new Auditors’ Framework.

    For the avoidance of doubt, only the below firms and individuals are permitted to carry out statutory financial audits of ADGM entities.

    The table also shows the Additional Permits held by the auditor (if any). ADGM Registered Auditors are required to hold Additional Permits if they are providing an audit opinion on ADGM public interest entities (including listed entities) and Financial Institutions (FIs).
