Audit firms that wish to operate in ADGM must be licensed by ADGM, pay the initial auditor registration fee, and as a minimum register at least one principal subject to the below fees. Please check the eligibility criteria before applying, which can be found in the ADGM Companies Regulations (Auditors) Rules.

Audit registration renewal fees apply annually to all audit firms and audit principals. The audit firm fees payable is dependent upon the number of audit reports issued in the twelve-month period of the previous calendar year.
Additional Permits are required to audit public interest entities and Financial Institutions (FI), for which an additional registration and annual renewal fee shall apply.
