    All ADGM registered entities have regular obligations they need to meet and comply with in order to remain part of the ADGM community. These include the topics below.

    ADGM Announces New Fee for Restricted Scope Companies

    The Registration Authority (‘RA’) of ADGM announces the introduction of a new fee for the registration and renewal of a Restricted Scope Company (‘RSC') in the international financial centre. An RSC is a unique corporate vehicle offering a greater degree of confidentiality than other forms of corporate entities in ADGM with limited information disclosure on the public register but full disclosure to ADGM’s Registrar.

    The newly introduced RSC fee of USD 3,100 will be applied in addition to the existing standard fees to register or renew RSCs in ADGM. The fee will be implemented and effective from 2nd of August 2024.

    Applicants wishing to apply for a new RSC or renew their existing RSC on or after the 2nd of August 2024 will be subject to this change.

    Obligations for ADGM
    registered entities
    Annual Filings during the same period each year, which include Renewal of Commercial Licence, and Data Protection, Annual Returns and Annual Accounts.
    Event-driven filings including Appointment, Changes or Cessation of Directors, and Allotment of Shares.
    The registration and declaration of all Real Property Interests located within Al Maryah Island including leases, mortgages, strata plans and transfer of registered property interests.
    Adherence to ADGM Data Protection Regulations which set out the obligations of ADGM entities and the rights of individuals, in relation to the processing and privacy of personal data.
